I love giving people the confidence to smile freely, whether that’s by straightening their teeth with Invisalign, replacing missing teeth with dental implants, some simple tooth whitening, or a complex full mouth rehabilitation. I also love seeing young children and their parents and helping set them up for a lifetime of good oral health and beautiful smiles.
I graduated with Honours from the University of Leeds in 2008, gaining the Williamson Medal for Paediatric Dentistry and the Charles Rippon Medal for the Most Distinguished Student in the Year at graduation. In 2011 I took my examinations with the Royal College of Surgeons of England to become a Member of the Joint Dental Faculties.
I have undertaken extensive continuing professional development, particularly in Minimally Invasive Dentistry, Aesthetic Dentistry and Dental Implants. I have experience in dental implants, smile design, the treatment of tooth wear, and tooth straightening using the Invisalign clear aligner system. I am passionate about Digital Dentistry and I use digital photography, my iTero intraoral scanner, a 3D printer and a Cerec milling machine to aid communication with my patients and technicians, avoid messy impressions, provide same-day crowns, and more. It’s truly 21st century dentistry!
I grew up in Bishops Stortford, and after working in general practice in Yorkshire for 6 years, I returned to be nearer to my family, and have been part of the team at The Dentist since 2014.
I have two young children and love getting muddy in the countryside with them and my dogs.
